Shaul Oreg is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the School of Business Administration of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is currently on sabbatical at Cornell University. In his research he considers individual-differences in social and organizational contexts, focusing on the effects of traits and values on individuals' attitudes and behaviors, with a particular interest in people's responses to organizational change. He is currently an associate editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and serves on the editorial boards of Personnel Psychology and the Journal of Change Management.
