Feedback interventions (or formal feedback systems) can be detrimental to performance, relationships and well-being. My research, and others, documented this danger. Currently, I am seeking story-based interventions, such as Feedforward, and interventions designed to improve Listening, that are likely to increase performance, improve relationships and contribute to well-being at the workplace. This basic research could be of interest to various stake holders, including to people interested in any of the following: |
